Nike running app and footsteps

To also aid my weightless, i downloaded two apps on my phone. These apps help me calculate how many miles i walked or run in a day. they are Nike + running app and Footsteps. These apps don't only calculate the miles, they also calculate ho many calories u burn .. I love them cos they also make me challenge my self, i always wanna do better than i did the previous time. Back to the gym

Fast forward to October, 2014. I've gained so much weight that even the clothes i used to wear last year don't fit me anymore, most of my jeans can't even go past my hips. YUP, its that bad !!! i haven't been this overweight since i finished my SSCE, i'm talking as far back as 2004/2005 ... I'm now a fatty bombom :( 

So, what spurred this new determination to lose all this weight ?? It  happened on sunday, i had showered and was dressing up for church, only for me to put on my black blazer, BOOM !!!!! The arms were too tight, it couldn't button, i mean i literally couldn't put the ends together talk less of buttoning it up !!!! i was pained !!! So i squeezed myself into the other one, dt was too was bad button as bad ... i then made up my mind to go back to the me of the beginning of the year and lose the all the weight i gained and even lose more... see pictures below

My story


Since i was 12yrs old, I've had issues with my weight. I've had to deal with people saying i look older than my age or i'm bigger than my peer. So one of my new year's resolution this year was to lose weight. My target was to be a UK size 10-12 top and size 14 bottom with ABS !!!! LOL..(FYI, I'm not that fat, i'm a size 16 bottom and 12-14 top) I started going to the gym in feb, got a trainer, attended bootcamp classes every thursday and most of all i cut down by junk food eating and ate healthy. By april/may, i had lost weight was already fitting into size 12 tops, wearing size 14 dresses and most of all my six packs was already forming, lol..
